Skin Club members will receive 10% off of ALL full priced products and services at
Skin Med Spa with an active Skin Club membership in good standing.
Skin Club members cannot combine the membership discount with any other discounts including discounted gift cards, multiple service discount, or any other promotions.
Alle and Aspire points may be used in addition to the Skin Club discount for additional savings on products and services.



A $79.00 membership fee is due at the time of membership activation. This fee is non-refundable and $79.00 will be credited to your Skin Bank which may be used to purchase future products or services only at Skin Med Spa.
A recurring monthly fee of $79.00 will be charged to your card on file starting 30 days from your membership activation and will be billed every 30 days until your account is cancelled via email. All monthly fees and Skin Bank dollar credits are non-refundable and may only be used on products and services at Skin Med Spa if your account is active and in good standing. You will have up until the day before your next billing cycle to use your Skin Bank balance if you choose to cancel your membership. No refunds will be provided for any remaining dollar credits in your Skin Bank after your membership is cancelled. A maximum accrual amount in your skin bank shall not exceed $1000.00 any funds over that amount will be non-redeemable and non-refundable.
You may cancel your Skin Club membership at any time. If your card is declined and you do not update your payment information and pay the monthly amount of $79.00 to Skin Med Spa within 48 hours you will forfeit the full balance in your account as of the end of the business day 48 hours after your declined payment and no refunds will be given and unused Skin Bank dollar credits may not be redeemed.
If your membership is cancelled due to declined payment and Skin Med Spa has not received an updated form of payment within 48 hours a new membership would need to be created and new membership initial payment of $79.00 would be collected at the time of registration.
No-show fees will be deducted from your Skin Bank if you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
How to cancel your membership: You must cancel your membership in writing via email to skinmedspamnl@outlook.com. You will have up until the last day of your paid billing cycle to use any remaining balance in your Skin Bank. The remaining balance will be forfeited as of the end of the business day of the final day of your paid billing cycle.
